Really good stay!
complimentary toiletries lobby fireplace great restaurant
the suite had everything I needed. complimentary toiletries were available. the lobby fireplace was gorgeous I LOVED it. the restaurant was great and staff was very helpful too I was impressed.
I must say no microwave was available only a small refrigerator.

it has easy access to attractions it makes this a great location. green space around allows for easy access. there is lots of parking here this made things easier.

the restaurant food was good. i discovered it offers a breakfast option. it gives great options to choose from. the restaurant staff was friendly and helpful it.

the staff was very pleasant and helpful. they even provided a vase for flowers for me! self check-in and check-out procedures exist. it was very straightforward i found this helpful.

warm design comfortable bedroom coffee machine
The lobby possessed a wonderful design, very warm. The bedroom offered comfort after long days of exploring. I appreciated the Nespresso coffee machine and tea selection in the room.

romantic getaway
unique experience modern styling clean room
the locally made toiletries was like a sweet gift! the hotel's modern styling. our room was always very clean and tidy.
the hvac was a little finicky, but we only stayed one night.

The hotel offers contactless check-in and check-out for extra convenience. This process was quick and efficient! the playpen provided was very useful for families with young children, and it saved space in the room.

The on-site restaurant was very convenient. This made dinners easy. happy hour at the restaurant was a treat, and we took full advantage. The deals were worth it, and the options were many.

the hotel is across the highway from the city center. the views of the mountains are amazing, and this is especially true at sunrise! sister mountain view really heightened the experience.

Excellent Stay
comfy bed nice staff decent food local business
The beds felt comfy. The staff behaved nice. The food at the restaurant tasted decent. Jeff, the waiter, had a good story and displayed awesome photography. Rooms and the hotel seemed clean. The landscaping looked nice. Beautiful mountain views extended 360 degrees. They support local business with the provided soap.
The rooms do not seem sound proofed properly. I heard everyone on either side, out in the parking lot, and in the halls.

Decent stay with a few hiccups
helpful staff free parking convenient location blocked drain towel shortage delayed replacement
The front desk staff were indeed helpful. I found the free parking on site to be convenient. The location allowed for a quick drive to Banff.. without the bustle of staying directly downtown.
I encountered a blocked drain in the shower upon arrival. Stopping the flooding required all available towels. Replacements took over an hour, a delay that impacted our dinner plans. The room lacked daily bin emptying.

mixed feelings about the stay
rigid cancellation policy no microwave
The lack of certain amenities was disappointing. there was no microwave in the room. Only a small refrigerator was available. i also found the cancellation policy to be quite rigid when unavoidable circumstances arose. A plane cancellation.
