the suite had everything I needed. complimentary toiletries were available. the lobby fireplace was gorgeous I LOVED it. the restaurant was great and staff was very helpful too I was impressed.

I must say no microwave was available only a small refrigerator.

The beds felt comfy. The staff behaved nice. The food at the restaurant tasted decent. Jeff, the waiter, had a good story and displayed awesome photography. Rooms and the hotel seemed clean. The landscaping looked nice. Beautiful mountain views extended 360 degrees. They support local business with the provided soap.

The rooms do not seem sound proofed properly. I heard everyone on either side, out in the parking lot, and in the halls.

The front desk staff were indeed helpful. I found the free parking on site to be convenient. The location allowed for a quick drive to Banff.. without the bustle of staying directly downtown.

I encountered a blocked drain in the shower upon arrival. Stopping the flooding required all available towels. Replacements took over an hour, a delay that impacted our dinner plans. The room lacked daily bin emptying.

The lack of certain amenities was disappointing. there was no microwave in the room. Only a small refrigerator was available. i also found the cancellation policy to be quite rigid when unavoidable circumstances arose. A plane cancellation.
